Shelter for Domestic violence project
In Cusco domestic violence is a big problem, during this year 2009 there are already 5,000 cases reported in the prosecuter office and police stations, but we have a huge number of cases not reported.
In the south of Cusco there is an small shelter for victims (women and children) created last year, we want to help this project to provide support for the victims and we need people with experience in:
1. Art therapy (for women and children).
2. Emotional support for victims (women and children).
3. Legal counseling.
Basic requeriment for volunteers: Training program and at least intermediate Spanish level.
