Chocco Youth Group
One of the largest projects that is currently running within the Community of Chocco is a youth group that meets three times per week. The primary focus of this group is to pro actively reach and educate the next generation of Chocco in an attempt to increase their awareness of the potential for growth within the community. Each two hour session includes training on how to run a small business, English language training, team work activities and problem solving skills.
The members of this group work collaboratively to set goals and find ways to realistically reach these goals as a team. The project is designed to help the youth develop ways of generating employment opportunities for themselves as well as building a more economically secure future for the community.
