Training Program

We strongly believe that all volunteers need to be part of the training process that Hampy provides, during one week they get technical training and cultural information that is provided by proffesional and experts in different fields according to the volunteers needs and expectations.

 What is included:

-Spanish level evaluation. (no spanish lessons)

-Cultural shock management.

-Technical training according to the choosen area.

-Guided tours to potential workplaces.

-Development of the activities plan.

-Monitoring activities.

-Final results evaluation.

Not included:

-Local transportation, accomodation and meals (assistance is happily provided in all areas)
