Learn Spanish with Hampy!!!

Want to help Hampy make a difference, but not sure that volunteering is quite your cup of te de coca? Good news, there is another way to get involved and support the endeavors at Hampy!

We offer a comprehensive Spanish language training program that can be customized to fit your specific needs. Classes are taught privately or in groups and can be tailored to any level of proficiency from beginner to advanced or superior. Utilizing audio and visual aids, students will explore the Spanish language in depth with particular focus on areas relevant to their individual intentions for use.

How does learning Spanish help Hampy? Hampy is an independent non profit organization that receives no government funding. We are striving to be completely self sufficient in generating the revenues necessary to maintain and increase support in our various projects. This is possible through programs such as our Spanish language classes.

GENERAL SPANISH PROGRAMS

Weekly Spanish Program

For the Weekly Spanish Program, you can choose between group and individual classes, and between regular or intensive classes. Regular classes include 4 hours of Spanish classes per day. Intensive classes include 6 hours of classes per day, usually 4 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon.

Group Program

We have a maximum group size of 4 students ensuring that each student receives the necessary attention from the teacher and that classes are both dynamic and entertaining. You will usually have 2 different teachers (each will teach you for 2 hours a day) but you can only one teacher as well.

Individual Program

The individual program allows students to progress at their own space and to study the specific material that interests them. Students help to plan their own classes, requesting the style of teaching/ learning which works best for them, and their specific language needs can be targeted.

The General Spanish Program includes:

Pick up Service in Cusco.
Welcome dinner and party.
Guided city walks.
Initial placement test.
Written information about the program.
Study material.
20/30 hours of group or individual classes per week, from Monday to Friday.
Multi-media resources such as videos and music in DVD.
One daily extra class on different topics of cultural interest such as Peruvian Culture, Cooking Class, Dance Classes and Peruvian music lessons.
Free Internet (1 hour per day).
Final Spanish Proficiency test.
Free coffee and tea.
Certificates.
Farewell party.
