Living at Chocco community

Hampy also provides an option to live in the Chocco community.   This is a great opportunity for those of you who want to be fully immersed in the community in which you will be volunteering.  You will be completely integrated in the daily routines of the residents of Chocco and learn what it is like to live in a small Peruvian community. 

Please be aware that the rooms available will be without toilets or latrines.   If you choose this option, you are welcome to stay in the community during the work week and stay in the city for the weekends or vice versa.   Hampy will collaborate with your host family to accommodate your desired schedule.    

The daily price including three meals per day is $5 (S/. 15).
